I am contacting you today to ask for information about your company services. at a meeting last week, we've talked about the plans a birthday celebration that GROUB CHEGU to 50 years in Building Sustainable Merak belongs Service Star. I will confirm the plan.
 time implementation date of 10 to 11 February 2016 to 10th February at 01:00 pm - 07:00 at night and on 11 February at 07.00 a night - 11:00 PM. This event will be attended by two hundred people consisting of shareholders, business partners and talented employees CHEGU GROUB.Kami requires the building and ten VIP rooms for rest.
As we have discussed, we need an MC, a single organ and band to enliven the event. For VIP room we asked for special services such as the availability of wifi and swimming pool.
On 10-11 February, we will require catering during the event and I would like to ask for a menu and price list to you as soon as possible to send via email or fax.
I will receive how much funding is projected for a birthday celebration CHEGU GROUB. Can you e-mail or fax projected costs, so that I could confirm long.

Thank you for your letter expressing interest in Merak Lestari belonging Service Star. This letter will confirm our next meeting to discuss the plan.
We understand the company you want to book our facilities at 10-11Februari. Two hundred people will attend. You will need a total of ten buildings and a VIP room for a break.
As you requested we will provide MC, a single organ and band to enliven the event. We understand that you have asked for special services to VIP rooms such as the availability of wifi and swimming pool. We need to know the band you want.
Please provide us with this information ten days before the start of the celebration.
On February 10 to 11, we will provide food consumption. List of menu options and prices and sent via email to you on Thursday. Please let us know your menu choice five days before the celebration.
As you requested, we sent an email last week projected cost. Once you've decided on the type of lunch, we can complete a cost estimate.

Nurse      : Hello good morning, with skinbeauty. Can I help you?
